Quito Trip!

We finally got to see each other again after a long six weeks! Marshall came and picked me up from Ecuador and we got to go see all of the people he met from his mission!

This is the Mocha family! We love them so much and they are the nicest people in the whole world! We stayed with them for a couple nights while we were there.
We went to Banos one day to this huge waterfall! It was so pretty!

Amazon Trip!

After working in the orphanages for six weeks we got to go on a trip to the amazon rainforest!

This little boy lives in the Amazon!
Some of the tribes that live here paint their faces with this fruit so the tour guides showed us how to do it.
For lunch one day we ate on leaves.

We got to swim down the river one of the days too.

Guyaquil Trip Last Thursday!

This is the Guyaquil Temple. It is so pretty!

After the temple we went to the iguana park... There were seriously a ton of iguanas just hanging out all over this park. They were in the trees too! It was so cool!
We got to touch them and it was scary!

Waterfall Trip!

We had to hike for an hour and a half just to get to the waterfalls!

We finally made it to the waterfalls though! And they were so pretty!

It was worth the long hike!

But this is what we looked like when we got back!

FUNNY STORY OF THE WEEK!

Me and my two roommates stole a girl's mattress!

We put it on the table where they have Spanish class!
This is the girl we stole it from! She was freaking out! It was so funny!

The first thing we heard when she walked into her room was, "Who stole my mattress?!"

How often do you hear that?

It was the best part of my week!

And if you are wondering why I never post about the kids, it's because we aren't aloud to put pictures of them on the internet. But I promise I'm actually taking care of kids and not just having a 6 week vacation! It's still way fun being here though!
