Jack Jack and the baby
I haven't been able to post because my computer hasn't let me put any new pictures on it for a few months now... So I was talking to Jack about the new baby coming in March this morning and he was saying really cute things that I needed to write down.
He is really into watching the videos they have on baby center about what your baby looks like inside your belly and it tells you everything that is happening with your baby. He was telling me how the baby's bones and brain are growing right now and that they baby is the size of an apple. He says the baby has to grow to be the size of a nana and then the size of a pumpkin before it is born. He's really into it and I think he thinks he's looking at the baby in my belly when he watches the video.
We went to the park with a friend yesterday and his friend has a baby brother and this morning Jack was telling me how the baby drinks milk from a bottle and then falls asleep. He was saying he wants to help feed the baby when it's born... I'm not ready to explain nursing yet so I just said ok, but mommy will feed the baby most of the time :)
Jack is so excited to be a big brother and we're so happy to have our family grow a little bit bigger. I can't wait to see him with the new baby and how he will react when he finds out what it's really all about to have a baby at home with us. It's really cute how he's noticing everything about babies and what they need, but we'll see how he handles it when it happens for real.

Beach Day
We love the beach and can't wait for family to come visit so we can all go together :)
Ignore the swimsuit models in the background
Imagination
What do you get when you have a bug, a cowboy, and a race car? Well lots of fun and a really cool story if you listen to Jack play. I love hearing the stories he comes up with while playing and usually one of his toys ends up in time out (we might be spending a lot of time there lately) He has the best imagination and I love it. And don't mind that he's only wearing underwear... Whenever we're at home somehow he ends up like that. It's just easier to get to the potty on time with the least amount of clothing on.
Happy 4th
We went to a friends house with a bunch of families in the ward and we had a swim party with tons of food contests and random activities. Jack had the best day of his life just being outside all day long. We had gone to a parade that morning too, but I didn't get any pictures. We watched fireworks up on a hill so we could see all the surrounding area's fireworks. It was a good day and we all had so much fun and are so grateful to the ward for taking such good care of us.
Watermelon eating contest
Kreig Lewis won
Marshall being the slow eater he is wasn't really competitive in this contest :) but at least he didn't choke...

Potty Training
Jack has been doing good potty training. At first Marshall and I thought it was the easiest thing in the world because I let him run around naked for the first 3 days and by the third day he would just come out of the bathroom and tell me he went and I would go check and it was so nice. When we put underwear on him it was a whole different story... He felt like he was wearing a diaper so there were a lot of accidents, but today he wore underwear to church and didn't have any accidents. Now that it's been a month he's pretty good.
We went to our friend Lincoln's birthday party and Jack's pants got wet so he took them off. He can't stand wearing wet clothes ever since he's been potty trained because he feels like he had an accident even if he didn't.
Cars Land
Cars land finally opened and it's amazing!!! Jack kept yelling out Lightning McQueen Ka-Chow! I think he was in heaven the moment we set foot in Cars land. Everything looks exactly like the movie.
We met up with Drew, Amy, Merrick, and Sophie when they were in town and the boys had so much fun! When we went back the next week Jack kept asking where Merrick was. They had so much fun together :) At one point they were wrestling each other to the ground in line, but they were both laughing so hard and having the time of their lives. Once I get those pictures from Amy I'll post them :)
We love Radiator Springs! and this picture totally makes me think Jack looks a lot like Marshall lol
